Sonic the Hedgehog 3 director Jeff Fowler has confirmed filming has officially wrapped. Based on SEGA’s hit video game franchise, Fowler first brought the lightning-fast, anthropomorphic hedgehog to life in 2020’s Sonic the Hedgehog. Grossing over $319 million at the worldwide box office, the success of the first movie would not only lead to additional sequels, but also an upcoming spinoff television series featuring Idris Elba’s Sonic the Hedgehog 2
character Knuckles.
