Meet The Commissioner of The National Arena League

Chris Siegfried brings a wealth of experience to the NAL. He has over 12 years of coaching experience in the Arena Football League and arenafootball2 league. As a Head Coach, Chris has compiled a 90-59 win-loss record over 9 seasons, and received the honor of 2006 af2 Coach of the Year as well as being named the 2006 Inland Northwest Coach of the Year while guiding the Spokane Shock to the ArenaCup Championship. Additionally, he coached the only expansion team to play in the ArenaCup in af2 League history.

Siegfried spent 3 seasons as an Offensive Coordinator helping his teams to a combined 32-19 win-loss record. Siegfried was the Offensive Coordinator for the expansion Jacksonville Sharks in 2010, a team that went 12-4 in the regular season and earned the top seed in the American Conference playoffs. He joined the Sharks following a stint as Head Coach of the af2’s Arkansas Twisters. Siegfried was the second most “winningest” coach in the league’s ten-year history. As the first former af2 player to be named Head Coach in the league, Chris tasted coaching success immediately when named Head Coach of Cape Fear for the 2002 season and guided the Wildcats to a 12-4 regular-season record. He finishing 38-16 over three years at Cape Fear, and lead the franchise to three playoff appearances and two division titles.

Siegfried played his college football at Division II Millersville University (PA) and earned a degree in Business Administration. He also spent time as a Contender on “American Gladiators Orlando Live,” and he appeared in the movie “The Waterboy” as a stuntman performing football-related stunts and in the movie “Radio” as an assistant coach. Chris is also a successful Realtor in Florida.  "He has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since becoming licensed and has qualified for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association's Top Producer Club."
