The Life of Chuck marks Flanagan’s third attempt at bringing the iconic horror author’s works to the screen. Having previously helmed 2017’s Gerald’s Game and 2019’s Doctor Sleep, filming on the director’s latest movie officially wrapped in November 2023 with an all-star cast led by Tom Hiddleston and Mark Hamill.
