The story of Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) and Villanelle (Jodie Comer) reached a tragic conclusion, as the Killing Eve ending explained what happened to all its interesting characters. Killing Eve season 4’s final episodes built up to the three leads Eve, Villanelle, and Carolyn all pursuing their agenda to destroy The Twelve. Eve and Villanelle knew their final destination was a secret Twelve meeting in London. While Eve danced after she officiated a wedding, Villanelle descended to the bowels of the ship and massacred The Twelve (whom the audience never saw).
