When Sex Is A Crime

Have You Seen Brittney Jones or Jeremiah Robinson

Most of Us are GUILTY as charged, but most people don’t go to Jail.  But Florida Statute says that an Unnatural and lascivious act is ILLEGAL.

Jeremiah Robinson, 35, and Brittney Jones, 26, are wanted on charges of unnatural and lascivious act, for their actions near courtroom 401. According to the report, the activity consisted of a man and woman engaging in what appeared to be inappropriate behavior while the woman was at the courthouse for a 9 a.m. arraignment on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, smuggling contraband into jail and violation of probation.

When first contacted Wednesday morning, the court administrator wasn’t aware of the incident, but launched an investigation after seeing the video of what happened.

Jones further took the video and posted it on all her social media accounts. LockedIN Magazine Will NOT show the video, but just know it was graphic and left no question as to what was happening.

The police report said the suspicious activity was observed by video surveillance. Court records show she pleaded no contest.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of either Robinson or Jones is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500 or email JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org. To remain anonymous and receive a possible reward up to $3,000, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS
