United We Rocked

Like A Trip Thru The Past Jacksonville Florida Rocked The Night Away

As we pulled into the parking lot at Daily’s Place, you could already feel the excitement. Nothing better then a Thursday Night rock concert with some of your Favorite Rock Bands. StyxREO Speedwagon and Don Felder came to Jacksonville, Florida to ROCK The City with United We Rock and what a night it was.

From the opening cord, the time vortex took us back to High School in 1980 as Gainesville, Florida resident Don Felder reminded us of all the Eagles Greatest Hits. The Crowd Sang along and the energy level inside Daily’s could be felt everywhere.

As REO Speedwagon took the stage, memories of that 1979 Trans-Am that I took to high school flooded my mind. It was hard to shoot pictures as I wanted to spend my time Singing with Kevin Cronin. I was always impartial to Ridin’ the Storm Out a song that was written in an Airport during a Snow Storm.

By now, the packed house at Daily’s was in Full Dance mode as Styx hit the Stage. I haven’t seen Styx in concert in a few years, and was kinda nervous about Styx without Dennis DeYoung but James “J.Y.” Young was amazing.  The 45 minute set was packed with Memories and some of the new music off their new album entitled The Mission  that was released on June 16, 2017  with the single “Gone Gone Gone”

Thanks to Ryan Palmer of Rp Productions & Services for hanging out with My9oh4 and AmeriPro Auto Glass.
