SpaceX set for another Falcon 9 launch from Space Coast

SpaceX will attempt to send another batch of Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit a day after it launched the European Commission’s Galileo L12 mission from the Florida coast.

Liftoff is scheduled for 5:50 p.m. from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station with backup opportunities available until 9:50 p.m.

If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Monday, April 29 starting at 5:25 p.m., according to SpaceX.

The space agency said it will be the 13th flight for the first stage booster supporting the mission, which previously launched CRS-26, OneWeb Launch 16, Intelsat IS-40e, O3b mPOWER, Ovzon 3, EUTELSAT 36D, and six Starlink missions.

After stage separation, the first stage is scheduled to land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship.
