This is Year 40 for Foreigner And The Rock Hasn’t Died
There is NOTHING better to do on a Thursday Night then take a trip down memory lane. Back to the GOOD OLE DAYS. Mid- 1980’s. You knew it was time to be inside cause the street lights were on. When you spent time OUTSIDE and was upset at having to stay inside. And the music. It was REAL.
Pulling up to Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida, the crowd was already pulling into the lots and the Partying had already begun. Foreigner was in town and they brought their friends Cheap Trick and Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience to Rock the River City. Thanks to Ryan Palmer and Rp Productions & Services for hanging out with My9oh4, AmeriPro Auto Glass and for Keeping Florida #LockedIN

Best described as a band that perfectly recreates the music of Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and John Bonham, Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience not only celebrates one of music’s most iconic bands but also the life of Bonham’s late father, who died in 1980.
You could feel the energy in the venue as the crowd got ready for Foreigner. When the lights went down the VOLUME in the arena GREW. What amazed us most of all, was the age of the people SINGING in the Crowd. Amazing to see so many 80’s kids teaching their kids that ROCK AND ROLL is still alive.
“Over 40 Years. That’s FOUR- ZERO. That’s Older Then most of you in the crowd”. Foreigner’s singer Kelly Hansen told the crowd at Daily’s Place Last Night”. And after all that time, the music hasn’t stopped.
No matter what Foreigner Songs you loved in the 80’s, you left Daily’s Place last night Happy. Ending the night was huge for some local kids, as the Atlantic Coast high School Choir joined the band and had a blast.
