On March 10, 2018 the Jacksonville Icemen will hold a Special “Jax Eats” Event for the Special Olympics of Florida with a hockey game to follow. Join the Jacksonville Icemen and some of the best restaurants in town for our inaugural “Jax Eats.” Enjoy unlimited samples from the best spots in town.

Special Olympics Florida provides year-round sports training and competition to children and adults 8 years of age and older with intellectual and developmental differences. In Duval County, they serve over 1,500 athletes and offer 15 sports, as well as leadership opportunities and free health screenings. Many of their sports are Unified, which allow typically developing athletes to compete alongside Special Olympics athletes.
